2 Pack and secure your shoes in their original packaging along with this form
3 Ship the item(s) back to the address provided and you're set!

Once we've received your package, our Return & Exchange department will contact you via email to give you the exact date that our Accounting department will process your refund. We will refund you for the total item cost. Please note that after the refund has been processed your banking institution will usually take 3-5 business days to process and post this transaction to your account.

For regular exchanges our Return and Exchange department will ONLY contact you via telephone within 2 business days of arrival if further information is required.
Due to our extremely fast sell-out rate, we offer the reserved exchange option. With this option, you will repurchase the new pair over the phone minus the shipping cost. We will not ship out the repurchased shoe until we receive a trackable tracking number of the order that you are sending back or until it has physically arrived at our facility. At this point, we will refund you for the original item cost within 7 business days. (Reserved Exchanges are shipped through either UPS ground or USPS priority mail.)

Items must be returned in new, unworn, and unwashed condition. They must also be returned with their original packaging and all of its contents (if applicable). All sale items are non-returnable, non-refundable, and non-exchangeable. All exchanges are final. All exchange options are NOT available for international customers.
